· All goods damaged in transit will be collected and replaced free of charge.
· Returns of none damaged goods is payable by the purchaser, this must be within 7 days of receipt; upon our receipt of returned item(s) a full refund minus the original postage will be actioned.
Returns of Riding Hats will not be accepted due to being classed as safety wear, with the following reasons noted below:
Tampering risk
It’s hard to tell if safety wear has been damaged, modified, or used incorrectly after purchase. Even small, invisible damage could make it unsafe.
Legal liability
If a returned safety item failed and someone got hurt, the seller could be legally responsible. To avoid this risk, shops often enforce a no-return policy.
